    – The course is addressed to: internal auditors; managers; the members of the Commission for monitoring, coordination and methodological guidance on the implementation and development of the EQS; Risk managers; Assistant risk managers; The members of the Risk Management Team (EGR), the Secretaries of the Monitoring Committees, the Masters and all those involved in the implementation of the internal control systems.

    -The  General management is responsible for the implementation of the Internal / Managerial Control System – SCM in public entities, in accordance with OMFP no. 946/2005 on the Internal Control Code, republished.
