OUTGOING ERASMUS+ MOBILITIES

Conditions for participation in student mobility:
In order to apply for selection competitions for mobility under the ERASMUS + Program, applicants must simultaneously meet the following conditions:
–   To be an active student at Dimitrie Cantemir University of Târgu Mureș;
–   Be a graduate of at least the first year of study;
–   They received the approval of partner institutions interested in receiving students to study under the Erasmus + program;
–   The candidate’s competition file is correct and completely prepared and was submitted on time, within the time frame established at the University level.

Note: The selection takes place at the level of the faculty that offers mobility. You can only apply for the level of study you are enrolled at.

The period of a study mobility is of minimum 3 mounth and maximum 12 mounts.

A student can benefit from several Erasmus mobilities provided that he/she does not exceed a total of 12 months of mobility for each study cycle (bachelor’s, master’s).

The mobility grant granted to students for study mobility is € 600 per month for mobility carried out in European countries. Exceptions are the countries Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Turkey, for which the mobility grant is € 540 per month.

Students with special needs will contact the Erasmus office for more information on the funding scheme.

 

Selection contest – is organized in two stages, namely:
– During the period May – July of each year for students from all cycles of education, bachelor and master, who want to complete study period abroad in the first semester or the entire academic year;
– In the period October – November of each year for students from all cycles of education, bachelor and master, who want to complete study period abroad in the second semester.

Selection criteria:
– To have good academic results in the previous academic year;
–  Submit a request/ letter of motivation

Separation criteria:
– They have not benefited from Erasmus + mobility so far;
– They are  integralists after the last exam session;
– The selection of students applying for Erasmus + mobility is made in the strictly descending order of the average obtained in the last semester, until the available funds are finished.

Composition of the application file for the selection competition:
– Candidate’s form;
– CV format europass in English;
– Letter of acceptance from the partner university where the mobility will take place, specifying the mobility period;
– Learning agreement for studies;
– Guarantee agreement;
– Copy of student ID card and guarantor ID card;
– Copy of the bank account;
– Financial contract (to be completed at the Erasmus department);

Conditions for participation in student mobility:
In order to apply for selection competitions for mobility under the ERASMUS + Sector Program, applicants must simultaneously meet the following conditions:
– To be an active student at Dimitrie Cantemir University of Târgu Mureș;
– They received the acceptance of some partner institutions interested in receiving students in traineeship within the Erasmus + program;
– The candidate’s competition file is correct and completely prepared and was submitted on time, within the time frame established at the University level.

Note: The selection takes place at the level of the faculty that offers mobility.

The period of a work placement mobility is of minimum 2 mounth and maximum 12 mounts.

A student can benefit from several Erasmus mobilities provided that he/she does not exceed a total of 12 months of mobility for each study cycle (bachelor’s, master’s).

Erasmus + traineeship can be carried out, with the consent of the faculty the student is enrolled in, at any time of the academic year (October 1st – September 30th). Exceptions are students from the Faculty of Medicine who will be able to carry out such traineeship only during the holidays.

The mobility grant awarded to students for traineeship mobility is € 750 per month for their mobility in European countries. The exceptions are the countries Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Turkey, for which the mobility grant is € 690 per month.

Selection contest – is organized in two stages, namely:
– Between May and July of each year for students from all cycles of education, bachelor’s and master’s degree, who wish to complete traineeship in the first semester or the entire academic year;
– Between October and November of each year for students from all cycles of education, bachelor and master, who want to complete traineeship starting in the second semester.

For traineeship, the selection can also be made as the acceptance of the admission of students in work placement within the Erasmus + program throughout the academic year is obtained, until the available funds are finished.

Selection criteria
To have good academic results in the previous academic year;

Separation criteria
– They have not benefited from Erasmus + mobility so far;
– To be integralists after the last exam session;
– The selection of students applying for Erasmus + mobility is made in the strictly descending order of the average obtained in the last semester, until the available funds are finished.

– CV format Europass in English;
– Letter of acceptance from the partner university or the company where the traineeship mobility will take place, specifying the mobility period;
– Learning agreement for training;
– Guarantee agreement;

– Financial contract (to be completed at the Erasmus department);
– Proof of civil and accident insurance (for traineeship).

Conditions for participation in teaching mobility:

In order to apply for selection competitions in order to obtain mobility within the ERASMUS + Project, applicants must simultaneously meet the following conditions:
-only employees at Dimitrie Cantemir University can benefit from Erasmus mobility;
-priority will be given to those who have not benefited from Erasmus mobility;
-the selection takes place centrally within the Department of International Relations.

 

The first things you need to decide are:

The semester in which you will carry out the teaching mobility (TA)
– can be performed until September 30, 2023 for the academic year 2022/2023
– teaching mobility (TA) cannot be carried out  at the partner university, during holidays, exam sessions or student practice,  on weekends;

The exact period of mobility.
– the minimum period of a mobility is 2 days for mobilities between program countries (EU) and 5 days for mobilities with partner countries (Non-EU);
– the number of mobilities is explicitly established by the bilateral agreement underlying each mobility in the ERASMUS + Sector Program (this number is reported to ANPCDEFP in February and approved by it);

 

Approaches in order to obtain the mobility approval:
– the approval of the staff mobility by the Rector and Dean of the faculty and its submission to Department of International

Relations together with:
– copy of the official invitation;
– teaching program with a minimum of 8 hours approved by the partner university (Learning Agreement for Teaching section Before the Mobility)
– Financial Contract form (can be obtained from the ERASMUS coordinator at the faculty)

 

Documents required for the statement:
– certificate of participation signed at the partner university attesting the staff mobility period and minimum 8 hours of teaching;
– the teaching program signed at the partner university;
– statement with input and output data – Return form (docx.);

– the selection takes place at a centralized level within the Department of International Relations;

-the number of mobilities is explicitly established by the bilateral agreement underlying each mobility in the ERASMUS + Project (this number is reported to ANPCDEFP in February and approved by it);

 

Approaches in order to obtain the mobility approval:

The steps that must be taken in order to obtain the Rector’s Order are:
– the approval of the staff mobility by the Rector and Dean of the faculty and its submission to Department of International Relations together with:
•   the staff training program approved by the partner university (Learning Agreement for Training – Before The Mobility section);
•   Financial Contract form (can be obtained from the ERASMUS coordinator at the faculty).

  2. the staff training program signed at the partner university;
  3. statement with input and output data (Return form) (docx.);
