General objective:  Creation and development of the business incubator in the medical field „Dimitrie Cantemir”

The specific objectives of the project

SO 1: Creating the infrastructure of the Incubator specific to medical fields;

SO 2: achieving the working capacity of the incubator by equipping it with equipment specific to the medical fields: Dentistry, Dental Technique, Dental Imaging, Balneophysiokinetotherapy;

SO 3: development of support services for incubated companies.

Investment description

The business incubator in the medical field “DIMITRIE CANTEMIR” from Târgu Mureș (based in 3-5 Bodoni Sandor Street, Mureș County) aims to support start-ups that operate in the medical fields:

-Dentistry

-Dental technique

-Dental imaging

-Balneo-physio-kinetotherapy

The business incubator in the medical field “DIMITRIE CANTEMIR” from Târgu Mureș supports the newly established enterprises with medical activity, through integrated services:

Rental of spaces equipped with medical equipment specific to the activities of dentistry, dental technique and Balneophysiokinetotherapy (includes utilities and security of the building);

Administrative services – secretarial services, reception, printing services, fax, scanning, copying documents;

Entrepreneurship-specific support services (economic, legal, training, information on funding opportunities);

Specific professional development services (networking, access to events organized by the Incubator Administrator: congresses, signings, meetings on specific medical topics, including the status of Incubator Administrator, university with medical faculties).

The investment consists in the construction of the building (GF + 2) and the endowment of the medical offices in order to rent them to the companies incubated with equipment specific to the 4 types of medical activities.

The administrative spaces are intended for the administrative staff (receptive, incubator coordinator) and the support staff for the incubated companies (for providing services for the incubated companies).
